    By filling out the form or otherwise submitting a recruitment application to RMS Mianowski Sawicki sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, (the Administrator), you consent to the processing of your personal data contained in the recruitment application by the Administrator for the purpose of recruitment for the position indicated in the announcement. If you consent to the retention of your CV in our database for future recruitment purposes, please additionally include the following consent in your CV or contact form: “I consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my recruitment application by RMS Mianowski Sawicki sp.k. for the purposes of future recruitment.”

    The Administrator processes your personal data for recruitment purposes (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR in connection with Article 22[1] of the Labor Code – participation in recruitment is voluntary, but without your data, we cannot consider your application), and if you consent, also for future recruitment (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. Your data will be processed until the completion of the recruitment process, but no longer than three months, and may be entrusted to IT service providers (hosting, email) or HR companies. You have the right to access your data, request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. In case of violation of the regulations, you may file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (www.uodo.gov.pl).
