Litigation and Arbitration
We represent clients in disputes before arbitration tribunals and common courts. We support the resolution of conflicts through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. We also conduct negotiations aimed at reaching settlements without initiating court proceedings. Our team appears before common courts, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as Polish and international arbitration tribunals.

Extensive litigation experience:

• Many years of practice in handling court disputes;

• Representation of clients – particularly Polish and foreign investors – before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court, and regional administrative courts.

Extensive mediation experience, including:

• Mediation in a construction dispute concerning unpaid remuneration worth over PLN 3 million;

• Mediation in a dispute regarding an unsettled infrastructure construction contract worth PLN 30 million.
